Description
They advertise themselves as a "Smoking Lounge", which is the reason that you'll never find me at the place. It's not really clear that it's a bar from the street; I always thought it was some kind of cigar lounge. They have cheap lunch so if you want to smoke and eat cheap food I guess this is a place to consider.
Word is that food is only served at lunch. It's all about the smoking.
