If you work near Cypress Creek Road and Andrews, you'll have more dining choices later this year. In the location previously occupied by Steak and Ale and Cancun Mexican Grill will be a new strip mall. Tenants include Chipotle, Jersey Mikes Subs, Giraffa's Brazilian Burgers, and VooDoo BBQ.
No word on when construction will be completed at this time, but it's well underway.

Have you seen the menu and prices for Giraffas? They are opening another next to Fresh Market Fort Lauderdale. I can't see how they will be sucessful with that menu and those prices.
