At first I thought they had a band; maybe some promotion for some product. But no, it was Karaoke. Actually this dude was pretty good; there was a crowd gathered, mostly surprised to see this right near the perfumes.
This, People, is why we carry cameras. You never know when you'll see something that no-one will believe if you don't show it to them.
