For some reason, Cafe De France now calls themselves Carpe Diem by Cafe De France. You can't figure out the French.

I've looked at the menu a few times here, but the "Tilapia Provencal" and coconut shrimp have never intrigued me. And there always seems to be people smoking in the open air restaurant.
