This place has opened, apparently, but I'm not sure what it is. They don't even have their hours on their facebook page. They don't have any "by the glass" prices on the menu for their other location. Do they have food? Why would I want to go there?
These are questions that Men ask. So far, no answers.
Here's the courtyard now. It certainly looks better than before.

One development is that the "charming courtyard" is gone. I walked in and literally walked out and had to double check that I wasn't in the wrong alley.
Missing Tree from old Las Olas Cafe Courtyard
For those not in the know, this is how it looked before:

A neighboring tenant told me that the new owners wanted the tree out, but they say it was gone before they got there, so we'll try to find out the real story.
Probably a good business move, but the courtyard is a lot less charming; in fact it looks pretty boring and sterile. The tree was the only good reason to come back here.
Any memories of the old Las Olas Cafe can be officially discarded.

Imagine a wine bar that doesn't have 1 wine by the glass I want to order. Imagine Vinos.

Stopped in here. BTW they do have a menu up now! They have a spanish cheese and meat plate but no Spanish wine by the glass, and no Tempranillo or Garnacha wines. A cute place but very expensive and not much in the way of food variety.

Every few months I check to see if they've put up a menu. Do they serve food? They still have no website or menu or indication of what they have or serve. They open at 2pm; who opens at 2pm?
