Preste is at it again. This time it's a sign for Baba Ganoush, because the 2 greek restaurants a block way aren't enough Mediterranean food in the neighborhood. Not sure if it's related, but someone at 601 N Federal has recently applied for a trademark on Baba Ganoush. Baba Ganoush is a Turkish dish that is basically hummus that's made with eggplant. It's doubtful that you can trademark the name of a dish; it would be like trademarking "Chicken Parmesan".
There's no restaurant license or application at this address, so it's just for show, once again. They can't fool me this time; they're not getting a Coming Soon tag.
