Someone is trying again. Cafe Pisa, then Bistro One East. Now Cafe Roma.
It seems as if they're trying to be everything to everyone; breakfast, smoothies, wraps. Deli Sandwiches. It sounds more like a building cafeteria than a restaurant. They DO have some Italian dishes, but you can tell that the Bangladeshian who owns this place doesn't know much about Italian food from the descriptions.
