Celebrity Chef Ralph Pagano brings his latest show to Davie in the form at the Naked Taco; Tacos are something Pagano should be able to handle. His fine dining attempts have been less than steller; the Naked Crab in the B Ocean is a dysfunctional mess.The website says opening January 2017 but they've gone through a long series of rejections by Davie including having their fire plan review rejected twice. So many construction companies just don't seem to understand the local codes.

That's unusual. Maybe their time to build period is over and the landlord has another tenant. Wouldn't surprise me if Pagano bailed.

Last I heard on the local news was that Ralph Pagano is still undergoing multiple surgeries and rehab because he was severely burned... so I doubt he will be opening any restaurants in the near future.

Ralph has investors and probably doesn't do the construction himself. I'll bet the codes aren't as strict in Bimini. Having an oven blow up in your face is a chef's worst nightmare. The guy is sitting on top of the world and BOOM.

They had one of the windows uncovered a couple weeks ago and it appeared that zero work had been done inside. The floor was still dirt and pipes.

The city kept rejecting their plans. Same problem that Kers Winghouse has run into. Kers seems to have gotten past it. Memo to entrepreneurs; Beware of opening a business in Davie.
