They're finally putting a restaurant into the Sonesta Hotel; they only have a glorified cafeteria now. They're calling it "Caribbean Fusion", which means expensive Caribbean food. Why hasn't anyone ever thought of this before? Looks like Bahama Breeze or Aruba Cafe in a hotel restaurant format. $14 pancakes at breakfast. No word on whether they'll have steel drum music.
