The Dalmar is a Marriott property that's curiously being advertised by the dopey Visitor's Bureau as a destination for bachelor parties. Really?
It looks like a nice hotel, but it's hotel-priced restaurants don't offer anything to the neighborhood, and it's almost 1/2 mile to the action on Las Olas; too far to walk on a summer day.
For locals, there's virtually no street parking nearby.
