On Friday, Governor Ron DeSantis re-opened the State of Florida.
The Executive Order, taglined as "Right To Work", effectively forbids local governments from shutting down any business. This means that Bars and Nightclubs are allowed to open, along with any other businesses shut by Covid-19 local orders.
Local governments may limit restaurants to 50% capacity, but they'll have to justify it with the State.
Mask enforcement is SUSPENDED in the state for individuals. No-one can be fined for not wearing a mask; effectively removing the teeth from any order requiring masks for citizens. Businesses can still require masks if they choose.

I'm astonished at how many people are STILL walking around outside with masks. It's the dumbest thing on wheels.
