The location here is almost a negative as its a pretty hefty walk to the restaurants and shops near Las Olas Blvd. Its certainly walkable but if its very hot out it could be a bit uncomfortable.

The Atlantic resort and spa is really just a fancy hotel; its a condo-concept hotel so many of the rooms are owned as condos and rented out as rooms part of the year.
The location here is almost a negative as its a pretty hefty walk to the restaurants and shops near Las Olas Blvd. Its certainly walkable but if its very hot out it could be a bit uncomfortable.
