Argentinean steak house known for its large portions. The menu mixes Italian dishes with beef prepared with a South American Flair. They don't have Filet or Porterhouse; only sirloin, skirt and short ribs. Its a carnivore's delight. Although they frequently have filet as a special.

I was totally convinced I was going to hate this place. The dining room is loud; its a family place so expect screaming kids; the place is decorated with soccer paraphernalia and those tacky pictures of cow's showing the different cuts of beef. The tables are low and the chairs seem like they're from Romper Room. The bar is small and cramped so you can't eat there comfortably. My cell phone didn't get a signal. It was a disaster waiting to happen. And then my skirt steak arrived.

For $14.95, I expected a half cut, but the steak was massive. A side of steamed vegetables were piled high and properly seasoned so no additional salt was needed. Now there are a lot of ways to ruin a skirt steak. Some places slice it in advance, usually with the grain which is wrong. Overdoing it ruins it as well. This steak is perfectly medium rare; a thick cut. Juicy, flavorful. No need for the provided chimichurri sauce. But I wanted to try it. I'm not usually a fan of chimichurri. Most places use too much vinegar. But not here. Garlic dominates the smooth sauce; its a perfect compliment to the meat. I have to stop myself from wanting to eat the whole thing. You won't find a better skirt steak anywhere.

During the week, they have an "Executive Lunch" which offers a choice of 4 Italian dishes for $5.95 or a choice of 6 meat and fish dishes for $7.25. Meat/Fish dishes include soup or salad and a choice of side.
