They have a PR person. They find low-integrity bloggers who can deliver reliable "reviews". That what PR people do.

Menu looks ok. They're just delusional about their prices. They'll never get NYC prices in a storefront on Commercial.

They claim to have USDA Grade A short ribs. I wonder what else they're making up?
