Chase Nightclub and Grill

Its Official! Christopher's is coming back to Fort Lauderdale! There is a big buzz on facebook and confirmed it will be in a different location in Fort Laud

My guess would be the Silhouettes location. I can't see them investing in a build-out. I guess some of the old Christropher's crowd is still alive.

This is now a pre-school or something similar. Disco is officially dead.

Does anyone know who owned Christopher's?

Lots of people owned it. John Boinis owned it until 1996. 2006-2008 it was owned by Michael Gagliardi. Most recently a Canadian named Laura Pandolfo.

They have been doing construction on this place. Any idea what's going on?

Nothing yet. It looks like they started ripping the place in August. Of course if they're not going to serve food it's a lot harder to figure out. It could just be the owner shelling it out, although it looks like the rental ad is off the market.

March 2014, this place is terrible. Thought the old Christophers Nightclub was awful but in comparison with Chase, it was a dream. The DJ playlist is a flop, stop and dance music, nothing to get you moving, plus he plays too much Spanish music, enough already.

Saturday night is supposed to be house music, it's anything but..crap. Well have to find another place to dance.

As entertainment the owners incorporated two young women, who swings as you enter the club, and another one who dances half naked on or near the bar. I would assume this is to entice man to gawk at these incident young women and buy themselves drinks. This is disgusting, to see, and perverted, and find it very uncomfortable as a female to see.

Doubtful this place will be a hit but a flop.

Blue Martini in Boca on Wednesday is getting the old Christopher's crowd, and a better class of man.

Maybe they should have replaced the old manager and get someone with new idea's.

Someone asked about Ben Graziano. He's listed as the GM of this place. So why should we think it's going to be any different than Christopher's?

Its different alright. Its large and cold. They expect you to spend lots of money on expensive drinks but stand all night. Most of the old seating was removed. I now go to places that have adequate seating and do not have girls walking on the bar dancing sexually. As a woman it is horrible to see all the men are staring at these girls.
