Two& is what happens when someone with a bicycle shop buys some stuff on E-Bay and gets a beer & wine license. I think the bicycles are just decoration.
They bring in food from "caterers" but do not prepare it on premises.
They ran an indiegogo campaign to try to raise $40K for a Qouta Liquor License; after raising less than $1200 they got one anyway. Now they've sold it to some guy who doesn't seem to have a restaurant or bar yet after they found that people didn't want to drink bourbon in a bicycle shop.
