Now open, Sapido replaces the Las Olas Gourmet and Rumi Lounge, which always seems like a room with a bunch of tables and chairs for the Condo. Sapido has been remodeled with a Modern Italian look and feel.
The menu, however, is uninspiring. They're big lunch special is "Pasta of the Day" and sparkling water for $15. Hopefully you like every kind of pasta.
$13 for a bowl of plain spaghetti. There's nothing on the menu that you can't get an 20 other places nearby. Of course their spaghetti is better.
