Description
The focus is on steaks cooked on a wood-fired grill, with special emphasis on cuts the big steakhouse chains ignore but Argentines love -- flank steak, "flap meat," sweetbreads and sausages. The strip steak and rib eye are also good. The wine list is small and reasonably priced. Service is good.
