Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar is part of the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel. It's basically the pool bar and grill area. Its very close to the beach and its adjacent to the pool. They have a covered bar area, a grill area and some tables on a deck.
The hotel is valet only even though there are usually plenty of spots available. There's a lot across the street that is unmarked and its not clear if you can park there. If you want to avoid the valet you could park over by McDonalds and walk over. I'm not sure I'd trust my valuables to the guys they have running the valet.
The first impression is that there is a bunch of Goombahs running the place. The hotel lobby is a mess; I don't know if they are remodeling or if they have a leak, but there's all sort of equipment around. The feel of the place is more like a cheap hotel pool area than any sort of club or "resort".
The Tiki Bar opens at 11am on Saturday and 12pm on other days and they serve food until 5pm. Their web site says you can get breakfast at the Tiki Bar but there wasn't a menu to confirm that. The food is typical pool grill stuff; burgers, fish sandwiches, etc. Its not the kind of place I'd want to hang out at but if you like a place right on the beach and don't mind a place that feels like Long Island you can give it a try.
