It looks like the club with 100 seats and the restaurant liquor license has closed. Pretty fishy stuff.

Maybe someone can tell me how this place can operate with a restaurant (SRX) liquor license? They don't even pretend to be a restaurant, they don't serve full meals, they only have 100 seats, and there's 0 chance that half of their revenue comes from food. They don't fit a single criteria for the special license.
It seems to me that other bonafide restaurants in the area should make the case that they should be able to get a liquor license also, because if one exception is made then you've broken the competitive balance and the rules should no longer apply to anyone.
