The Art Bar is Closed (And there was much Rejoicing..YaaaaaaaY).
The Art Bar is where kids go when there bodies are still a few year's ahead of their brain's development. Although its doubtful that most of the types you'll find in this place will ever develop a brain worth cultivating.
This is the kind of place that has a bunch of kids out front handing out little cards for free drinks and/or admission. They call themselves "promoters", but they're really just parasites. Some girl in body paint, apparently topless, cries for attention. The smell of something that's clearly not tobacco burning. You just have to hold your breath as you walk by.
Inside, they have some fancy chairs that they probably picked up at a garage sale and some curtains. It just reminds me of the kind of place I went to in college when I didn't have any money and I went whereever there were girls and cheap drinks.
There has to be somewhere for the cock roaches to go, and if that's you, you can shuttle between here and Capones.
