Sometimes you just have a feeling about a place, and I had a feeling about Flavor of Peru, which is why I didn't spend a dime to try the place out. When New Times wrote a shill review for the place just before advertising appeared; I wasn't fooled. I can just tell by the way people conduct business that they weren't going to be able to pull this off. These places are always in some back woods neighborhood for a reason; it takes a real businessperson to run a good size restaurant in a strip mall on US1.
When you can't make it to the end of Season; it must have been pretty bad.
